“From the GT programme, I have the opportunity to gain great exposure to both inside and outside the Company.”

From the GT programme, I have the opportunity to gain great exposure to both inside and outside the Company. Inside the company, I have the chance to obtain knowledge and skills in different aspects of the company’s operation including engineering, quality and safety management as well as customer relationship management etc. Outside the company, the attachment to Cathay Pacific and Roll-Royce broadened my perspectives thus allowing me to come up with more improvement ideas to my workplace.
